The User Groups were conceived to connect MYOB’s Enterprise Software users with industry experts and other users. This allowed them to grow their knowledge of the software that drives their organisations. Out of this idea grew our overall purpose:
To create a forum for software users to meet with industry experts, connect with other users, and share their experiences.
Our community continues to grow as we bring more and more people together, exchanging their expertise. Together, we are building a mutually beneficial environment that fosters collaboration and discovery to help you optimise the use of your ERP system.

Who will benefit?
All users of MYOB’s Enterprise software are invited and encouraged to attend these informative sessions. No matter your level of knowledge or experience, you can learn from the experts and gain valuable insight to the power of your system. Even businesses that are considering implementing an ERP solution would benefit from connecting with the other users to hear their implementation stories and how the software has helped them to succeed.
What will you gain?
The events are user-focused and great for sharing your ERP journey, pain, and success. Every session is different thanks to the input from our community, and leaves you with plenty of new information to take away. We host speakers from our network of MYOB Implementation Partners so that you are exposed to diverse information. There is much more to learn about ERP, and you will never know what gaps your knowledge and processes have until you hear how others have optimised their systems. At the User Groups, you can interact with the other users and experts to learn what has worked for them and see what you can bring back to your organisation.
Experts will share their ideas for improvement by responding to familiar stories and questions. This typically focuses on the following:

How to remove some of the friction in a business process
Ways to get better use and value out of the data that is naturally being collected by the software

How we run the sessions
The MYOB User Groups are biannual, half-day sessions designed to give you the authentic User Group experience from the comfort and convenience of your desk. Previously, our sessions had been delivered in major cities across Australia and New Zealand. However, due to current circumstances, all sessions have been moved to an online platform.
