Serena is the Head of Operations (Enterprise) at MYOB. She has over 10 years of experience in leadership, operational and people management roles in the technology industry. She drives strategic change initiatives relating to organisational restructures, digital transformations, and continuous process improvements. Serena was instrumental in Project Evo, and we look forward to hearing her perspective on the digital transformation of MYOB’s Enterprise Division.
